Amazingly friendly staff 😊, got a cool modern room with a great view!

The room was huge and new-fashioned with a couch, a living area, and a kettle.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. The rooms with great view. Brilliantly friendly, attentive people working here. Overall quiet atmosphere. The location favourable and excellent to the outlet. Based just next door to the cowboy's restaurant as well as the water park.

The room with a jacuzzi.

Decent breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. the pool here is nice, and there's convenient parking nearby. 🏊‍♂️

The room is very clean and the guard never ever fail to greet us with a warm welcome everytime we re-enter famosa. The dance, shows are good and well organised. With amber parking space. Overall everything is good. Keep it up Thank you for the wanderful stay

Saying jus particular 1 staff who have a very bad service attitude her ref num is FOA-nathiya. It was on the 29th at about 11pm when we were about to chek out. Where my wife qued at the counter to check out. I realise that there are total of 4 counters from left nearest to the swimming pool is counter 1 followed by 2 n goes on. Counter 1 and counter 2 there is a paper label written 'check in' and counter 3 and 4 are label 'check out' so we went to counter 4 reason being there is someone queing. When the mentioned staff moss nathiya came to counter 3 and attended to a customer who jus arrived n qued later. Therefore my wife told nathiya 'sorry miss I would lik to check out' surprisingly my wife was ignored. So we jus waited patiently than there comes another walk in customer n she attended to her again without hesitation thus my wife waved at her using the check out documents n said 'we would lik to check out' she than replied inpatiently, rudely n angrily 'my que is here!' N pointed at her line. Than she start banging on keyboards throwing pens on the tables n acted rudely. Than she snatched the paper from my wife's hand and continue with the paper work than simply bang on the table with 2 piece of papers and a pen and not informing where to sign. We are surprised of this service attitude as we read that alot of comments online bout their service stuff. Kindly look into the matter and she may continue to disappoint another customers. Thank you

Not well maintained and toilet was not functioning. The swimming pool was exposed with little plants to provide privacy and also poorly maintained.

The food here was fantastic with a wide variety of dishes on the menu. Our room was amazing - well-kept, modern, and had nice cutlery. We also had an awesome view and a jacuzzi! 🌟

The information resulting in the booking was inaccurate and we felt we were led into booking something we thought would meet our needs but it was totally not correct.

Our condo had everything we needed, including yummy waffles and a stunning view, just like they showed in the pictures. the room's modern decor was really nice. 🌟

Rooms seemed to be big and clean at Savoy Condotel. Nice Greenery and great for small kids with whole lot of space to run or crawl. The fireworks and carnival were the best part in Cowboy town.

The attractions were very costly and not worth the money. The hotel reception malay staff were totally lazy looking and unhelpful, there were 2 indians who were super hard working and helped throughout our stay.

The breakfast had a great variety, and the spacious quadruple room I stayed in came with a large jacuzzi.

Nothing special at a' famosa, I tried to book a sport facilities but i'm very upset..all closed under renovation what the staff told us. The only thing the waterworld/safari and cowboy town but you have to pay alot of money.

Our villa very far inside and most of the villa empty and not maintain. The room so small and metress is very old and can feel the spring when you on it. I feel not confortable. The pool also not well maintain. The current price is very expensive compare what we get.

All the workers (performance / hotel staff ) are friendly . However need to improve on the cleanliness of the fringe . Thanks !
